Prince William was recently named as the World’s Sexiest Bald Man. However, the report raised some eyebrows, with many scratching their heads because they didn’t agree with it.
Prince William named the World’s Sexiest Bald Man
A study carried out by cosmetic surgery specialists Longevita named Prince William as the “World’s Sexiest Bald Man.” According to the study, the Duke of Cambridge has been described as “sexy” 17.6 million times in blogs, reports, and pages found in Google searches, New Idea reported.
Mike Tyson, Jason Statham, Pitbull, and Michael Jordan completed the top five men. Tyson, 54, came close with 8.8. million describing the boxing legend “sexy,” “hot,” or “attractive” online.
Fast and Furious star Statham, 53, was in third place with 7.4 million results, and Pitbull lagged behind at the fourth spot with 5.4 million mentions.
The other prominent figures which made it into the top 10 were Floyd Mayweather, John Travolta, Bruce Willis, Dwayne Johnson, Vin Diesel, and Vladimir Putin.
Twitter reactions to Prince William’s new title
Many netizens were not happy with the result of the poll. Several of them took to Twitter to let their thoughts know about the matter.
The internet does not accept Prince William as the sexiest bald man alive, Natali Morris tweeted.
Brooklyne Beatty seemed to not agree with the results, too, asking who voted in the polls. Apparently, she was rooting for Dwayne Johnson by using the hashtag “#HaveYouSeenTheRock.”
Emmy winner Danielle Knox also disagreed with the results. Just like Beatty, she said, she was going for The Rock.

Study examined and explained
Dan Barker, who is interested in marketing, eCommerce, and more, attempted to investigate the study and shared his personal take of the study. According to him, the report was originally from The Sun, but the report from The Independent was more popular on Twitter because it used “Google Study” in the headline, and The Sun didn’t seem to share the report on Twitter.
He also pointed out that it’s not actually a survey, but it referred to how many times the duke has been described as “sexy” online. So, the report tried to use Google to find how many pages mentioned Prince Harry, Michael Jordan, or Jason Statham as “sexy.” But that’s not how Google works, according to Barker. In fact, if one searches for the exact phrase “prince william is sexy,” there was only one result.
“It’s a PR piece by a firm called Longevita, who offer… hair transplants,” Barker concluded about the alleged poll.
