After quickly selling her Tribeca penthouse in just one day, Bethenny Frankel has another stunning New York City apartment on the market. The RHONY star moved into the newly renovated SoHo space in 2014 and just listed the envy-inducing apartment for $5.25 million as she hunts for something even more spacious.
When she first moved into the apartment with her daughter, Bryn, Bethenny knew that it most likely wouldn’t be their forever home but worked to make upgrades that didn’t feel "cookie cutter" and instead added value to the 2,392-square-foot loft.
When I bought the apartment, I was in a situation where I really needed to buy something. It was a time when I needed to get some stability for Bryn and myself and I needed a home for us," Bethenny told People. "I have been doing really well in real estate and I’ve got the bug."
Some of the features that first won Bethenny over with this sprawling place are the 14-foot-high ceilings, the sunken living room, the arched windows, and the impressive outdoor space. From the custom marble and walnut flooring throughout to the master bedroom’s walk-in closet, Bethenny has left a gorgeous (and organized!) mark on this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath unit.
For her latest real estate venture, the Skinny Girl mogul kept things in the Bravo family and enlisted Million Dollar Listing New York’s Fredrik Eklund as well as his business partner and fellow Douglas Elliman broker, John Gomes, to sell the customized property.
