Replay, the leading Italian producer of denim and smart casual wear, will launch its innovative collection. Energy saving, 85% reduction in water consumption, technology and craftsmanship: this is the formula of the revolutionary low-impact and green-oriented technology of Replay Laserblast.
The event will showcase a preview of the break-through Replay Laserblast Autumn/Winter 2012/13 denim concept: three men’s 5-pocket, regular fit, regular-slim and slim models, and two women’s skinny and bootcut models; these are presented in various washes, obtained by laserblasting the wear zones directly on the unfinished garment; an O3 waterfriendly wash follows, lending the garment a genuine look. Each denim garment is rendered unique through a subsequent series of strictly manual treatments such as emerizing, tearing/ripping, dirtywashing and finally drying on special dummies for a three-dimensional appearance.
As from April 2012 the Laserblast preview will be available on the market worldwide, showcased in dedicated shop windows and Replay Stores, retailing from £115. “The road-show dedicated to aserblast aims to reaffirm that the core business of Replay was and is denim. This innovative laser treatment has enabled us to express our artistic inclination through a revolutionary and contemporary concept.
