Italian luxury label Brioni, founded in Rome in 1945 and best known for its custom men’s suits, has launched the fragrance “Extrait Intense,” a limited-edition of its namesake scent, which bowed in 2014.
To celebrate the brand’s 70th anniversary, the scent is limited to 70 pieces worldwide, which are available from this month at selected Brioni boutiques. Top notes include Sicilian citrus, French lavender and nutmeg, while the heart contains magnolia, dried down with oud, tonka beans, gray amber and sandalwood.
The 2.5-fl. oz fragrance is bottled in a geometric, opaque glass flacon, topped off with a sliver cap designed by Patrik Fredrikson and Ian Stallard, and is contained in a box made of walnut wood.
