SONIA RYKIEL
A-list models including Miranda Kerr were made-up by legend Pat McGrath at Sonia Rykiel with a sultry smoky eye. Super chic… super Parisian.
SAINT LAURENT – Cara Delevingne’s brows may have been bleached for Givenchy but they were back with a bang at Saint Laurent. Heavier and darker than ever, with graphic eyeliner wings on the lids, the eyes were in focus while lips remained nude. Hair was simple and centre-parted (once again).
ELIE SAAB – Bright blue eyes took centre stage at Elie Saab where makeup expert Tom Pecheux using MAC layered different azure shades top and bottom. So beautiful.
PUCCI – Models, including Kendall Jenner, had that healthy, wealthy look to them on Pucci’s SS15 catwalk. Hair was shiny and swishable while makeup featured classic contours and exposed limbs were given a St Tropez’s "Luxe Tan" with a gleam of their Luxe Dry Oil pressed onto the skin pre-runway.
FENDI – Fendi paraded playful makeup in the form of graphic blue eyeliner – created using leather from the clothing collection! Stick it on as you would false eyelashes, and load up on them, too. The hairdos, by the ever-creative Brit super-stylist Sam McKnight were accessorised with floral hair pieces covering textured ponytails.
HOUSE OF HOLLAND – The eyes had it at House of Holland. The 60s makeup featured lots of silver MAC Pro 3D Glitter and Black Track eyeliner. The hair was loose and laid back (with flat side partings, of course). The flowy "run-waves" were styled with the Ghd Curve Classic Wave wand.
MARISSA WEBB – More beautiful braids at Marissa Webb. This multi-plait look was created by the TRESemme team and the shimmering smoky eyes were courtesy of Maybelline.
THAKOON – To match the wet-look locks, makeup artist Diane Kendal said "Thakoon wanted the girls to appear as if they were coming out of water, so the beauty look is all about the gloss on the eyelid and brushed up into the brow." She used NARS makeup to achieve the glistening skin.
CUSHNIE ET OCHS – Sleek ponytails featured double elastic to create architectural shapes (the handiwork of Moroccanoil’s Artistic Director) which complemented the exaggerated wings of dense black eyeliner perfectly.
NANETTE LEPORE – Maybelline’s 60s makeup – graphic white eyeliner and top-to-bottom lashes – and fat top knots? There’s nothing not to love about the look at Lepore.
