The Right Heel

There are simple rules for selecting an ideal heel for you.

Women through history have wanted to wear high heels and no matter how high the heels are we still need them higher! Flats lead to flatfoot and problems with backbone so it is best to go for medium and low heels. There is a simple rule for selecting an ideal heel for you: length of foot in centimeters, divided by seven. For example, if your foot is up to 28 cm, your right heel will be 28: 7 = 4 cm.

The best advantage of the right heel is that it helps you in walking and protects you against fatigue. High heeled shoes increase load on legs and damage vessels and joints, which can cause osteoarthritis. Heels are also not good for those who suffer from ankle edema since blood circulation in feet is hampered.

It is an interesting fact that you may see how women would like to put off high heel shoes under the table and give legs some rest. This is not because shoes are painful the real truth is that high heel shoes can create high-intensity geomagnetic fields. The higher and thinner the heel is, the higher the load is. This can cause early menopause, formation of cysts, appearance of thrombosis, and even threat of miscarriage.

The best high heeled shoes are the ones with stable heel with height of 4-6 cm, nose of best width, not compressing fingers, not too rigid spring sole, natural ,breathing materials. When buying shoes try them on at the end of the day when the foot agony is maximum. If foot feels constrained, do not hope that shoes will become bigger later, it is better to ask for bigger size. Many women have one foot slightly bigger than other. Try on the shoe on the bigger leg.
