To kick off the weekend, the actor announced on Instagram that he would be performing with The Beach Boys at one of their tour stops. John played the conga drums energetically to the rock band’s hit song “Kokomo.” In the background, the former Hallmark actress started dancing and sang along to the music.
“The Kokomo Dancers, featuring an old friend,” John captioned the snippet posted on August 5.

Despite the fact that the Fuller House star did not mention Lori in his message, fans immediately recognized who he was referring to. Without missing a beat, his Instagram followers celebrated the mini-reunion in the comments section, and many were taken aback by the sight.
“THE HUG 🥺🥺🥺🥺,” one person wrote. “Aunt Becky and Uncle Jesse FOREVER!! ❤️,” another added. “Have Mercy! ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” a different fan said.
What’s more, Lori’s daughter Olivia Jade also chimed in. “This is so cute!!” she commented.
Lori has remained out of the spotlight since her involvement in the nationwide college admissions scandal in March 2019 and the completion of a two-month prison sentence in December 2020. However, Full House fans saw Lori on social media in February, when she celebrated Valentine’s Day with Kris Jenner and other celebrity friends, similar to John’s recent Instagram clip.
Lori recently opened up about her experience working with Project Angel Food. In addition to serving a prison sentence and paying a $150,000 fine, she completed her ordered 100 hours of community service with the organization.
“They have welcomed me with such open arms at a time when I was feeling particularly down and broken,” she told KTLA 5 this past July. “That’s how I found a home here, and that’s what I feel like they did for me, and that’s why I’m so proud to be here and working with this organization because they really do care. It’s really a community.”
