Oprah told People. has been candid about her journey towards achieving a healthier weight in the past. Last year, she expressed her intention to “reset” her eating habits and regain control over her lifestyle. As an ambassador for WW (formerly Weight Watchers), Oprah returned to the points-based weight loss program that had previously helped her shed over 40 lbs.

In an Instagram post early last year, she shared her dedication to the cause, stating, “Time for a reset. I’m clearing out my fridge.” She further highlighted the benefits of WW, emphasizing its role in bringing awareness to her eating habits and assisting her in reclaiming control over her life.
