Just as London's high-octane Christmas decorations and displays begin to adorn the streets, the city's best and brightest style stars are rivaling those twinkling displays on the 2022 British Fashion Award red carpet. Indeed, in case you needed any further proof that December is a season of giving, Britain's established and emerging style savants have bestowed the best early Christmas gift we fashion fanatics could've ever dreamed of: a flawless red carpet.

All eyes were on the red carpet at the British Fashion Awards 2022 presented by Diet Coke. Key fashion industry players—including British Vogue’s editor-in-chief, Edward Enninful—were all in attendance, promising a night of fabulous fashion.

The audience at the Royal Albert Hall was in the good hands of this year’s host, Jodie Turner-Smith, who orchestrated several costume changes throughout the evening; from Gucci on the red carpet to 16Arlington, Richard Quinn, and Robert Wun on stage.

The actor announced the recipients of the various awards, including Model of the Year, which was won by Bella Hadid, and Designer of the Year, which was presented to Pierpaolo Piccioli by Florence Pugh, who was dressed in a ruby-red Valentino gown.

Trains were big news on the red carpet, championed by Adut Akech (Nensi Dojaka), Kristen McMenamy (Valentino), Jourdan Dunn (Stephane Rolland), and Lila Moss (Knowles). Sparkle was another common sighting, worn by Naomi Campbell, Simone Ashley, and Stella Maxwell, among others.
